G1 Facility Services is looking for a well rounded facility maintenance technician capable of repairing everything from broken locks, clogged sinks, electrical lighting issues, cabinetry repairs, floor tile/carpet replacement and so much more. We do all of the building maintenance within our customers lease space so everyday can be different, so you need to be flexible and think fast. We also handle snow removal, new office buildouts including elec/hvac/plumbing/framing, painting etc etc. when the opportunity arises.

Need to be able to - pass a drug test - clear a 10 year background check - have a valid drivers license
