Machine Operation and Packaging Experts – $13.50/hour Schedule: 12- hour shift 8pm-8am Are you ready for a change? A local Union County company is searching for a Machine Operator and Packing Expert who will help perform continuous quality checks and packaging the materials to prepare for shipment. Do you want to be a part of team? You will help support production, helping with general labor with our experienced professionals. We want you to be the multi-tool of the team, helping on various projects to create continued success. The company has room for fast growth and you can evolve into assisting in other areas with provided job training. You will work with other staff and teams to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis. General Laborer job highlights: 1. Continually Perform Quality Checks to Ensure product output is the correct size, weight and count size. 2. Ensure that the product does not have any straight-line tears, sealant issues, discoloring, poor perforations or print issues 3. Place product neatly into appropriate shipment boxes to prevent damage 4. Stretch wrap and bring to designated area What we look for Machine Operators and Packaging Experts : • Be able to bend, stretch, lift, squat, ascend and descend stairs equivalent to +50lbs • Read and follow instructions accurately • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in reading a tape measure - All candidates must consent to a background check and drug screen - Temp to Perm Position - Grow within the role! This position includes a combination of standing and walking.
