Seeking an experienced lawn and garden crew member. *This is not simply a grass cutting job. MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3 YEARS GARDENING EXPERIENCE. Must provide previous employers and references. This position requires you to be able to: Identify trees/plants/flowers by name and understand their growth and flowering patterns, Identify and pull weeds, Identify and treat common insects, diseases, and fungus on plants and in lawns, Know when and how to prune plants and trees correctly based on flowering ad growth patterns, Know how to plant trees/plants/seasonal flowers, Have a general knowledge of irrigation and landscape lighting systems. Again, this is not a grass cutting job but a complete lawn and garden maintenance job that requires you to know how to nurture a complete landscape from day one. Responsibilities require maintaining multiple properties on a weekly basis year round. Be prepared to work 5-6 days/week, 9-10 hours per day. Overtime paid.
