Artist in search of studio space, let's get creative.

I'm new to Asheville and trying to get back on my feet after leaving an abusive relationship. I'd like to find a studio space to reconnect with my love of painting and also to host art classes. I'm looking for something low or no cost, or I can share a percentage of profits from classes. Due to COVID, I'd need a space that is outdoors and covered or allows room for 6-12 students to stay 6ft apart. Maybe this can be an opportunity to repurpose any buildings that are closed due to COVID, and we can both make money from my classes until things reopen. I'm ok with a temporary month to month arrangement. Also open to other ideas as I love to think outside the box. Thanks and good vibes.
