Looking for one hardworking dedicated landscaper to clean up overgrown natural areas within and around 4-acre home site at the north end of Coddle Creek off Mooresville Rd (Rt 3) and Alexander Rd. This work can start anytime and continue as weather prevails. Work is estimated for 80 hours but could extend. Will operate Cub Cadet XT1 46 tractor/mower to transport debris, chain saw (gas and electric), string trimmer, pole saw, edger and bush trimmer. Cuttings, limbs, logs and debris will be moved to dumpster area. Other tasks will be clearing rain water drainage and laying mulch around home. Must be reliable, honest, professional / personable / detail oriented. The area is open and safe but you will be required to have a mask available. Must have reliable transportation, drug free and a clean criminal record. This position is for one (1) landscaper who enjoys being outside and wants to build experience for future landscape positions. Payment via check, Venmo or PayPal.
