Grounds/Janitorial position - Maintain cleanliness of grounds, dog park, hallways, trash areas, pool area, clubhouse, parking garage and common areas. Additional duties include pressure cleaning and painting of common areas. 1 Fulltime position and 1 Part time Housekeeping position - Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, restrooms, gym, models, cleaning of units upon move out.
