Apartment community seeking to hire 2-3 lifeguards for the upcoming pool season. The season will run from May 29, 2021-September 6, 2021. Hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 11:00AM-7:00PM. Flexible part time and full time schedules are available. Our ideal candidates will have excellent swim skills, flexible schedule, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities will include: Opening and closing pool procedures Enforce community pool rules and regulations in accordance with safety regulations for COVID-19 Treat the pool with appropriate concentration of chemicals on a regular schedule Monitor pool-related activities closely throughout shift, identify and appropriately manage any safety issues Monitor weather reports to ensure safety of guests Maintain a clean environment in and around the pool Provide assistance to patrons when appropriate or necessary Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
