Landscape Dynamics is a small Cambridge-based company founded in 2015. We offer mostly residential landscape maintenance and a variety of installation projects each season. Work is based mainly in Cambridge, MA. Ideally, we are seeking hard-working individuals with experience in gardening and/or masonry/building. Those with a marketing/design/hr or other relevant background are also welcome to apply as long as they are ok with wearing multiple hats and participating in all aspects of the company. The possibility to move into a permanent role utilizing those skills in the future, would be a definite possibility as we grow as a company. This is a physical job, but daily tasks vary, which keeps things interesting. Attention to detail, time management, team work, craft, and learning new skills are all names in the game for us, while also having fun and having pride in what we do. Applicants should be punctual, have a valid license (ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus), ability to get to cambridge daily and ready to work starting mid-March weather permitting.
