Busy professional is seeking to employ an energetic, motivated individual approx. 8 to 16 hours per week (Saturdays and Sundays) for the duration of spring and summer to assist me with maintaining physical home property and grounds, completing home maintenance tasks, landscaping projects as well as other general tasks as needed - weather permitting. Individual must be able to lift up to 80 pounds. Any mechanical, carpentry or landscaping abilities or experience are a huge plus. Location is close to the SIUE campus, making it an ideal opportunity for SIUE Student. Individual must be able to pass a drug screening test and criminal background check. A clean driving record and valid driver's license is required. Position starts at $13.00 per hour, and will be available to start immediately. Students in ROTC, similar Military Service program or Educational programs through the university get preference.
