Immediate Permanent Production Positions / Good Starting Pay $14+ starting pay depending on Position / Experience We are looking for Leaders - motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time team members to fill production positions. Positions may include: Production Set up / Spray Booth Spray gun / Spray painting experience greatly beneficial for this position. Must be able to wear a full-face respirator. Production / Mold set up - Prepare molds for production according to specifications / good measuring and math skills a must Finisher-Buffing/Polishing finished product - Buffing / grinding / auto body experience helpful. Attention to detail important. Warehouse Helper / Loader Load trucks for delivery / Check and verify paperwork Responsibilities will vary dependent on position: Spray molds with gelcoat Verify information against orders and fill sheets Mold preparation & Set up Operate small hand tools (buffer, grinder) Polish various cultured marble products Perform all duties according to established SOPs, Efficiency and Safety procedures Occasional Overtime Requirements: Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Dependable & On time Attendance Record Ability to interpret and support policies, procedures and established standards Safety conscious Team Player Qualified candidates may apply: 1) online through Indeed.com (click on link below) or 2) in person M- F 9am - 2pm at Superior Home Products, 211 Edinger Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
