Summary:
The Houseperson is called upon to respond to requests from both Guest Services and Housekeeping. The Houseperson must be very organized, ready to respond with short notice, and able to prioritize tasks.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Keep the common area clean
• Maintaining overall cleanliness.
• Do Turn Down Service when necessary.
• Assist guests in any way necessary.
• Dusting, vacuuming, taking out trash, restocking supplies, removing soiled linens, fold and restock linens.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Must be able to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, walk, move most of shift.
Desired
2+ years Housekeeping experience
