Certified Lawn Care is a full service lawn and landscape company in Greenwood Indiana. We are a company that takes pride in what we do and are focused on customer satisfaction. We care about our team and have created a great work environment. We are currently looking for an individual to join our fertilization team. The individual must be licensed by the Indiana State Chemist as a registered technician or 3b. Only experienced, certified and persons with drivers license should apply for this position. We are looking for someone who wants to continue to grow with us over the years and can call this place home. During our busy season we work up to 50 hours weekly and the rest of the season should be around the 40 hours a week mark. This is a full time position for 12 months a year. Characteristics we look for in a candidate *Prompt *Attention to detail *Honest and Loyal *Hard Working Job Details: - Mix chemicals and fill trucks - Navigate a route - Interact with customers during visits and via phone calls - Diagnose lawn issues - Apply chemicals to lawns (fertilizer, weed killer, insecticide, etc) - Use an iPad on a daily basis - Maintain equipment on truck and machine. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,500 with 5k in potential incentive bonuses. Paid holidays (Memorial, July 4th, Labor day, 2 days Thanksgiving) 2 Weeks Paid Christmas Vacation 3 additional vacation and 2 personal days to start Year end bonus (scaled depending on performance) Job Type: Full-time
