Mobile Home needs everything removed! Last tenant was evicted and place was trashed. There is trash, old food, and furniture. I want the entire place emptied out. WARNING - Because of the food and a cat, the place smells! You can haul off to dump or I can order a dumpster. Either way is fine with me. You can keep the furniture if you like. I think with the furniture this is at least a 2-person job. I would prefer if you would offer cleaning service as well once everything is removed. Mop, vacuum, wipe down the entire home.
