Got old building 18x48 gutted little below grade like a shed... dirt one foot below joists Pressure treated (3)2x8/side/plywood between...most perimeter some concrete various locations 4-5 carrying supports throughout for ridge board limited access outside as tight lot lines and street right rear corner has bath setup sitting in concrete we thinks back building sitting 2-4ft concrete stone and granite in different places hoping possible inside job
