Rehoming Green Cheek Conure

I am looking to rehome my green cheek conure. Unsure of whether the bird is female or male. I’ve named her or him Loki. I do not have the time to give the bird the attention it needs. Loki is very clingy (velcro bird) and has some behavioral issues that need to be worked on. Loki is cage aggressive. Loki has also attacked my adult male friend and my 13 year old daughter but Loki rarely ever bites me. I am looking for someone who has years of bird experience. Maybe a local bird rescue? I don’t want Loki to be put in a situation where she is constantly rehomed so I will be extremely picky about who I choose to rehome her with. I would like to remain in contact with whom ever adopts Loki. There will be a $200 rehoming fee. Cash only. I paid over $400. Loki is NOT to be re-sold or used for breeding. Loki will come with a cage, toys and what seed I have left. Loki should be fed fruit and veggies daily. Serious inquiries only. I will not respond back to emails with one question or one sentence.
