We are looking to hire experienced Maintenance Technicians to help us keep growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated want to get good pay, can work long hours has own vehicle that is reliable and hand tools. we will supply with a company phone. we need guys that have worked in all of the trades also in a commercial environment. We are hiring for three positions lead tech, foreman, project manager we are a fast paced company we work LONG HOURS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM GUYS THAT WANT TO GROW!! Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician: Respond quickly in the event of an emergency. Make repairs to electrical systems and install power and lighting at commercial projects. Make repairs to plumbing systems and ensure proper function Ensure you no how to jet lines and rod out drains, find leaks and detect problems. Complete painting projects. Complete light carpentry. Complete flooring projects. Complete minor concrete repairs to sidewalks and vacant space floors. Inspect alarm systems & or such as carbon dioxide systems and quickly repair as needed. Qualifications Basic understanding of electrical systems. Demonstrated experience as a maintenance tech Physically capable of lifting 60 pounds Strong understanding of general maintenance & Construction process and methods. Able to complete work orders and paperwork as will be trained. Able to be straight forward and have answers and notes for every work order Compensation to be determined based on experience.
