We are looking to find candidates to help us fulfill our online orders- Stock Shelves, Pick Orders, Pack Orders and Quality Control. Looking for high energy, enthusiastic, motivated individuals, who enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and are team oriented. Location- Near McCarran Airport. Pay Scale for POP Fit Warehouse Associate · $12/hr = Starting Pay ($10/hr + $2/hr bonuses) · $13/hr = After 6 Months (Guaranteed $1.00 raise) · $15/hr = After 12 Months (Guaranteed $2.00 raise at 12 months) · $17/hr = After 24 Months (Guaranteed $2.00 raise at 24 months) Hours & Schedule · 40 Hours Guaranteed · Up to 8 Hours of Overtime Offered Weekly (after 30-day training) · Day Shift Only- Start between 6:30am and 7:00am, end between 3:00pm and 3:30pm Job Duties Include: · Stocking Items – check sku and size accuracy while stocking product onto the picking shelves · Picking Orders - collecting items in the warehouse to fulfill orders. · Quality Control – check all items to ensure they are in good condition · Pack Orders – Be sure the pickers have picked the correct items for the order Requirements: · Responsible, dependable and honest · Must be at least 18 years old · Must be able to lift 40lbs · Fluency in both written and spoken English · Move about inside a warehouse without climate control, standing and walking for up to an entire shift, year round · Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time · Must be self-motivated · Must have a strong sense of urgency Equal Opportunity Employer.
