. Phelan's is excited to host, Michael Rogers, owner of Songbird & the Orchid. Come learn about the world of growing orchids in Colorado. In this interactive class, we will learn how to keep your orchids happy, healthy, and how to encourage re-blooming. Most people think humidity is the biggest challenge with orchids. Come learn what the actual 2 challenges truly are! We will discuss the different types of orchids and their individual requirements. We will go beyond the Phalaenopsis (Moth Orchid) to discuss the fragrant Corsage Orchid, Dendrobiums, Lady Slippers, the vast world of Oncidiums and more!!! This class will follow CDC guidelines with spacing and you must wear a mask during the class.
