TCC LLC looking to hire Skilled Carpenter/Construction/Handyman Technician ASAP Responsibilities: - Ability to work independently and stay on task - Ability to determine when issues need to be escalated - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately - Ability to work 8+ hours on your feet - Able to lift to 50+ pounds - Safely use tools and equipment - Present a professional appearance and demeanor - Communicate with customer about work completed Minimum qualifications: - Own personal vehicle, tools, and equipment - Valid state driver's license, registration, and insurance and can provide documentation - Ability to pass a background check - Experience in residential/commercial maintenance and repair - Framing and drywall experience - Basic plumbing and electrical experience - Basic HVAC experience - Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical functions - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills - Superior oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years previous experience - Registered independent contractor with own liability insurance Please send all resumes by replying to this post.
