Property Management company is seeking a full-time technician to maintain the grounds and assist with maintenance requests at a large apartment complex. We are dedicated to providing our residents with a clean community and superior maintenance service. JOB DESCRIPTION: Walk and inspect the grounds and common areas daily to ensure they are clean and free from litter Complete apartment trash outs when necessary Assist with light apartment maintenance duties Assist with make ready items when necessary SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS: Experience is desired in the following areas: Cutting keys Changing locks, and doorknobs Installing light bulbs Changing AC filters Patching drywall Installing light fixtures and fans Installing blinds Repairing toilets and faucets Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs COMPENSATION: $12-18 / hour based on experience and ability Opportunity for discounted on-site housing after a probationary period Reply with resume and contact info to apply.
