Stepping Stones Agencies is looking for a person that is familiar with all types of construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. Can perform minor maintenance and coordinate subs that can take care of our maintenance projects and property development. Keep very organized and accurate records of equipment, building maintenance and repair. Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance and repair logs. This is a full time job. Must have very reliable transportation and can travel to our facilities as needed within the Tri-City area. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
