Unity of Phoenix Spiritual Center seeks part time facilities person (20 hrs. a week).
Facilities is a one person department and we require a self-starter that is organized, works well with others and management, able to multi-task, good at following directions and provides follow up/outcome of assignments. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds of the center. Plumbing, electric & HVAC experience required. Physical requirements include lots of bending, standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
As needed - set up and tear down of tables and chairs for classes, events, special events such as weddings, receptions and memorials. Due to COVID very few of these special events are taking place at this time. As the business ramps back up flexible hours available with the need for an occasional Saturday and/or Sunday will be required.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
