Two male rats & cage

I have two male rats in need of a good home. They are both less than a year old, though I'm not sure of exact age. One is black and white and the other is dark brown and white. The older one is very friendly. The younger one is still a little skittish, just needs more time. Neither of them have ever bitten. They come with a cage. They need some accessories, like a wheel and hutch. Because of that, I am offering them free to a good home. Please briefly tell me why you'd be a good home for them. They're sweet babies and I'm only giving them up because they deserve more time and attention than I can give them right now.
