Need help removing paint from a ceiling today, NOW!!TUESDAY MARCH 2ND, 25/hour

So I need help now! We are going to be removing paint from one ceiling (see pictures) and doing three passes with a sander. I really need you to have done this before to know exactly what's involved. This is hard work. And in part of the room, it is pretty high up. We will be stacking 2 rolling metal scaffolds to access it. So you need to be comforatable with heights and climbing the scaffold. Also, you need to have your own sander. I of course, will provide the sandpaper. If you do not have experience or your own sander, please don't bother to respond. You should be local because I am going to have to call you tomorrow to let you know when to show. Thx
