General labor and handyman helpers needed part-time

Hello- We are looking for part-time helpers/assistants to assist in a wide variety of small construction and repair types projects through-out the bay area. The work hours involved will depend on your availability, performance, and abilities. You must be responsible, reliable, trustworthy, respectful, careful, clean, and presentable (especially for the handyman helper as we will most often be entering peoples' homes). Items preferred but not necessary: Experience, CDL, your own transportation, basic tools. The rate of pay will be based on your compliance with the above along with experience, attitude, and performance. The starting rates is between $15 and $18 per hour to start (depending on abilities and experience). And after the initial probation period, the rate adjustment usually runs from $20 to $26 (and more) pr hour for those with some or a lot of experience, abilities, and a strong work ethic. And even higher for those with proven significant experience and abilities. Performance Evaluations and rate reviews will be performed after 1 month, then after 3 months, then after 6 months. This is a good opportunity for exposure and experience working with a professional on a wide variety of handyman and construction-related tasks.
