Acoustical Installers/FRP Installers (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) Pay up to $18-$39 Per hour (Depending on experience) Come work with Tri County Insulation as an installer! Proficient installer of wire, grid and acoustical tile for suspended ceilings following Company policy, industry standards and manufacturers installation guidelines. 2. Experienced to read plans, specifications, and scope of work for projects. Complete work as described on the plans and in the scope of work. 3. Acoustical ceiling main runners and cross runners. 4. Cut tiles for fixture and borders and inserts tiles into supporting framework. 5. Hang or mechanically fasten support wires for acoustical ceiling grid from building structure 6. Utilize appropriate tools to build or repair structural components 7. Work with materials such as wood, metal, plastic, fiberglass, and/or drywall. 8. Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives 9. Operate vehicles and construction equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and erect scaffolding. Assist in setup and cleanup of sites. Erect scaffolding 10. Observe and practice the Company's policies and safety procedures 11. Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail. 12. Assist in the training of Apprentices and Journeymen in all types of installations, safe work habits, and Company policies concerning work rules, paperwork requirements and effective communication 13. Provide customer service to our internal and external customers. 14. Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends and varying work schedules 15. Attendance, punctuality, and reliability is an essential responsibility 16. Maintain records of tasks and material quantities. Complete all paperwork for office and/or supervisor in a timely manner. FRP Essential Duties: 17. FRP Installation 18. Surface Preparation 19. Applying Coatings Preferred Qualifications: (but not required) 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Experience and knowledge of acoustical ceiling products. 3. Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds with regularity 4. Bilingual in English and Spanish. 5.
