You will be responsible forthe planning, organization, and direction of the activity of current managementto ensure services exceed each client’s expectations. You will effectivelymaintain existing client relationships while promoting growth of new businesswithin the market. CANDIDATE NEEDS TO HAVE DATA CENTER ENGINEERINGEXPERIENCE. Essential Functions:Maintain existingclient relationships through both networking and high- level facilitymanagement.Maintain opencommunications with clients that allow them to freely share opinions of ourservices contract management.Full understanding ofUnion agreements and employee handbook and assure those agreements pertain tofacilities we service.Review/oversight ofbudgets, payrolls, cost projections and supply control records whilemaintaining exceptional customer service.Work side by side withBusiness Development teams and Account managers to facilitate successfuloperations of all facilities.Develop and implementlong term solutions to address customer.Assist with trainingand coaching of staff.Ensure all customerand quality standards are met by touring the buildings with supervisor andstaff, reviewing the overall cleanliness of the building, and reviewing thecontracted scope of work.Act as spokespersonrepresenting the interest of ABM and any other duties designated by managementor deemed necessary by current business conditions. Minimum RequirementsSkills/Qualifications5 years of FacilityService Operations5 years BuildingMaintenance OperationsJanitorial managementexperience is a plus.EffectiveCommunication Skills - Both written and verbalStrong InterpersonalSkillsNetworkingSkills - Ability to create warm and friendly relationships withclients/peersCustomer Focus -Staying in tune with customer expectations about quality and serviceQualityImprovement - Emphasizing high quality and taking action to improveEfficiency -Using time and resources efficientlyProblem Solving -Assessing the problem and findingAccountability -Personally exemplifying responsible and honest behaviorStrong experienceusing Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite****CANDIDATE NEEDS TOHAVE DATA CENTER ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE.**** :
