Bike/Scooter Share Field Tech HOPR, Fremont's bike and scooter share company is hiring both full-time and part-time field techs to support routine maintenance and operations. The position requires no experience and training will be offered on the job. Applicants can look forward to working outdoors and independently. Responsibilities Driving a van, collecting bicycles, loading and unloading bicycles from van, and balancing hub locations Scooter/Bike inspections and repairs Maintenance record keeping Interaction with back-office software system Respond to and solve issues Other tasks and duties, as needed, beyond daily responsibilities Qualifications Ability to work independently, complete tasks on your own without supervision Ability to load, and move around bicycles, 50 pounds each Valid DL with good safety record Willingness to work outdoors Computer skills Education: High School or Equivalent Interest in cycling, transportation, and community HOPR is an established micro-mobility company in North America, managing municipal and private bike/scooter share programs in multiple cities.
