Remodeling Technician with Electrical/Plumbing Experience

Established Property Management Company is seeking a full time Skilled Remodeling Technician. Light electrical and plumbing experience preferred. Ideal Candidate: Have two years minimum relevant work experience MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Dependable transportation Be able to pass a drug test and random drug testing after employment Must be able to work independently and/or with a team Work a full 40 hour work week, with some overtime as needed Bilingual is plus, but not required Requested Experience/Duties: Preventive and General Building Maintenance, to include clean outs Drywall, Painting/Plastering, Caulking, Sheetrock, and Flooring Electrical and Plumbing experience is preferred All around use of hand tools and tape measure Must be able to lift up 50 lbs – loading and unloading building materials Position is currently scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch and a pay range of $10.00-$15.00/hr. depending on experience.
