Construction Labor will be working wit ha crew of 2-3 people. These crews will be changing out lighting cubicles. This position is for two laborers and they will be expected to assist with unboxing equipment, helping perform site cleanup and perform general tasks such as tightening bolts or screws. Each crew will have their own Lead Electrician doing the actual installs so this person will not be responsible for handling live electricity. This person needs to come from a construction background and at the bare minimum have worked in a manual labor position that has been outside in the elements. This company will give the employee a chance to obtain their CDL, which will come with a pay raise. Some travel may be required. This is a contract to hire position and will go permanent with the company as long as the contractor is showing up well.
