We are currently recruiting for an experienced Live-In Resident Manager, for a residential (rental) building of 86 apartments located in prestigious Queen Anne. Residing on-site, as our Resident Manager, you will be responsible for leasing, as well as overseeing and conducting the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the property, supervision of staff and trades, office functions (invoices, rent collection) as well as providing superior customer service to our residents. Please note that this position requires you to be on-call for occasional emergencies that may arise.
