Check out our company website: JOB SUMMARY: Service the Multi-Family customer base by performing in a combined operational capacity as a Repair and Quality Assurance Technician. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Installation of vinyl (treads & risers) and carpet (to include matting) on appropriate-sized jobs. • Verify all installation trade damage is called into Customer Service group. • Address the installation trade damage by either repairing the damage or having the installer make the appropriate repairs. • Ensure all jobs are completed on time and at a quality level acceptable to the customer. • Assist in coordinating with the client Superintendent, subcontractors and scheduling department to ensure builder schedule installation dates are met. • Inspect installation to verify the surface has been installed based on builder expectations and properly covered if required. • Inspect for completion and quality based on builder expectations, and industry standards, and repair needs are completed per builder requirements of all surfaces for all production and multi-family jobs. • Inspect installations prior to covering if required by the builder. • Verify all appropriate paperwork is complete and filled out accurately per builder requirements. • Other misc. projects and duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Construction industry experience is required. • Must be able to drive to work sites and provide proof of clean driving record. • Must be proficient in the following areas: - Vinyl (treads & risers) - Carpet (tractor trim, install medal, trim and tuck walls, cut out best vents, matting) • Exceptional attendance and reliability. • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability. • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. • Team player with positive attitude. • Detail-oriented. • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and pull at least 250 lbs. • Ability to work overtime as needed OTHER: • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment. • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. • Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
