Small Dog Needs New Home

I have a five year old small back and white neutered dog in need of a caring and patient home. We unknowingly adopted him as a pup from a puppy mill and he's had difficult behaviors throughout his life. We now have a one year old and it is sadly no longer working out. He is in need of a new home where he will be loved and cared for by someone with more skill and experience with dogs than we have.
