Small business company is looking to expand in a niche market and is looking for both male and female assistants to be a part of marketing campaigns and growth. Assistant will not be required to work alone at all during shift. Shifts are not guaranteed and are offered as needed. Employer will send a request for help at least one or two days before, and vice versa candidate is welcomed to call at least one day in advance to offer help to employer, if employer needs help. However, if there are no detailing jobs, assistant will receive base pay for their time and help offered during shift. Assistant will not be required to work alone, but in pairs or groups, alongside with employer. This is not full time employment. Job type: Part time Shifts: Morning shift (8:30-1pm) Afternoon (2pm-6:30pm) Qualifications: Some college minimum is great, however, high school diploma or Ged is required Experience: Cleaning service or auto detailing experience is preferred, however not required as employer is willing to train for various aspects of job. Must have proof of residency and transportation to get to shop. However, assistant does not take an active part in the detailing or sales process, more so available to accompany employer, organize supplies and equipment, and provide employer or detailing assistants with needed tools to complete task and maintaining a clean and safe working environment at the shop or on mobile service. 2.Auto Detailing Assistant (Base pay plus commission and tips, no sales bonus), great for those who prefer to just assist with auto detailing jobs only, whether mobile or at the shop (20-40% commission). Detailing assistants needed especially towards the weekends (Thursdays-Saturdays). 3.Sales Assistant (Base pay plus commission, and sales bonus) Sales Assistant is available to assist with general office help, running errands, visiting businesses for sales opportunities, and auto detailing jobs, that may take place during a working shift. Sales assistant will be given 1st consideration to available shifts Mondays through Saturdays. ***Note: The various tasks described above may take place on the same day and shift. Sometimes, these various tasks may not all happen in one day or shift. Pay: $50 base pay for your time assisting employer during shift, Commission pays and tips for qualified assistants (refer to positions mentioned above) ***Commission pays, and tips are paid same day and based on experience. ***Base pay is paid weekly Fridays at end of shift.
