Foreman Needs:
-Ability to read blueprints
-Direct others on crew
-Be an experienced finisher with verifiable experience
-Have full-time availability (Monday through Friday)
-Arrive to work on time
Finisher Needs:
-Verified experience
-Sets forms
-Familiar with walk behind trowels
-Familiar with running the shoot.
