Point Pleasant, NJ Tuesday Evening, March 23rd. 6 pm Dairy Free Cheese Making Class ********************************* This is the kind of class I love to do! Everyone is always amazed at these Cheeses. This is a perfect class for those of you that are lactose intolerant or just want to cut some dairy out of your diet. You will be amazed with the cheeses from this class. I love the flavor of all of them! We will be making a * Smoked Gouda- This Cheese is absolutely my favorite. The flavor and texture is amazing from it's soft stage to it's firm stage. *Classic Cheese Sauce-This Cheese Sauce is a great stand alone or the perfect jumping off point for additional flavors!. We will be enjoying it with Gluten Free Pasta and Gluten free toasted bread crumbs as a Mac and Cheese *Ancho Chili Nacho Cheese- This Cheese will bring your tacos, nachos, enchiladas and Cheese Dip to a new level.
