So, Grab your Yoga Mat and join us for Caribbean Yoga to release and meditate to start our day! 10 AM-11AM - INTENSE FIYAAAA Next let's Turn up the Heat and ignite a Fire with Intense Fiyaaaa! This Intense Full body workout will get you all the way hype with sweat and work! Motivation +Perspiration = Inspiration is the Intense Fiyaaaa way. How Bad do you want it? 11AM-11:30AM - DESMOND'S ISLAND SOUL GRILL After putting in all that work it's time to refuel our systems with a healthy and nutritious food options from the island! Introducing us to the Caribbean authentic cuisine full of flavor, heart and soul is Desmond's Island Soul Grill. 11:30-12:30PM - CARIBBEAN DANCE Now lets come to The Lounge dressed in your Caribbean attire and dance! Caribbean Dance is going to round out our wellness sessions by introducing the ladies to a variety of Caribbean dances!
