Our Company is looking for a few quality individuals who would like to become property scouts. Basically, all you need to do is find properties that meet our criteria and submit them to us. We are looking for property throughout Shelby and Desoto Counties. You could do this part-time, full-time, whenever you like, etc. The more time you put into finding property the more you could make. We pay a $1,250 finder fee for each property that we purchase. All I would need is a photo of the front of the property and address and I do the rest. These are some of the types of properties that you will be looking for. Basically, any home in distress. • Homes that are need of repair • Unwanted properties • Fire Damaged Properties • Vacant or abandoned houses • If you know people in Bankruptcy/Foreclosure situations • Properties are behind on payments • Houses that have code violation notes posted on the door • Houses with overgrown weeds/grass • Boarded-up houses This is a commission-based position, and your finder fee will be paid at the closing of each property that we purchase. We do not pay for gas, offer benefits of any kind, etc. Not all properties that are submitted will be able to purchase due to numerous reasons.
