Now Hiring: Grounds & General Labor Crew (Oshkosh) Established real estate management company seeks dedicated and reliable individuals with great work ethic to fill our full-time grounds & general labor team. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of our grounds & general labor team personnel are responsible for attending to our grounds and landscaping, at times this will include assistance with indoor work such as maintenance, renovations, painting, etc. REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS: Desire to work and learn. Any background in grounds, landscaping, & or painting and maintenance is a plus. COMPENSATION: This position includes a competitive hourly wage (competitively based on experience), health and dental, vacation pay, holiday pay & more.
