Small family owned and operated custom screen printing and embroidery business that is growing rapidly. We are seeking an employee who can handle a fast paced work environment.
Looking for an experienced screen printer who can print on a M & R 12 color automatic press as wells a MANUAL printing machine.
During the interview, there will be a skills assessment, which will include: knowledge of how an automatic/manual printer functions, ability to read the work orders accurately and the ability/skill to operate the machine by setting up a sample job.
Min Starting Pay is $17.00 an hour.
The position requires 40 hrs a week Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. The work day starts promptly at 8am. Lunch is from 12-1pm.
This position requires an individual who is detail orientated and able to pay attention to written instructions. Someone who can work independently with little supervision. Someone who is not easily distracted and can remain focused on the task at hand.
Starting pay will be discussed during the interview and will be heavily based on experience and productivity.
After 30 days there will be an evaluation of the employee's skills and understanding of the position. There is a 90 day probation period for all employees.
