Community OCR Outdoor Workout
Join Benj and Nicole for a fun outdoor workout: OCR style! We both love obstacle course racing and it has been far too long since being outside all together! Anyone is welcome to join! This workout will be 90 minutes in total including foam rolling, warmup, training, and proper stretching techniques.
**BRING A FOAM ROLLER IF YOU HAVE ONE**
Modifications will be provided, if needed. Last but not least, bring a positive attitude and meet some new fellow racers!
