The Recital Hall at Music Spectrum School for the Arts is available to rent for your recital or rehearsal. ***We follow CDC guidelines and will set up the room with social distancing. Multiple UV-C sanitizing air cleaners and other protections in place. Our convenient location is near where Fairfax County Parkway intersects the Dulles Toll Rd., just one mile from Reston Towncenter. Rental includes use of our beautiful Seiler Grand Piano made in Germany, and (if you need it) a PA sytem with microphones and speakers. We provide up to 50 chairs for audience seating and buffet tables if you have dessert or potluck after the recital. Please keep in mind that you must reserve absolutely all the time you expect the door to be open including set-up and clean-up (see below) Rental rates: The use of the Seiler Grand Piano is included (no extra charge) in the rates below. A second piano (Yamaha U3) is available for an additional fee if needed. $60/hour for recital rentals during our normal office hours, 2 hour minimum ($120). Each additional half hour is $30. $80/hour for recital rentals outside our normal office hours, 2 hour minimum ($160). Each additional half hour is $40. NOTE: Your rental time must include any set-up, take-down, clean-up and/or socializing time before or after the recital that you may require, i.e. ALL of the time that you expect to be in the school.
