Description
Local short-term rental company is looking to hire a part time handyman to do punch list items on an ongoing basis. Jobs will be in/around Scottsdale and Phoenix area!
Looking for someone who is:
-Experienced with basic home repair, maintenance, and moving
-Physically able to move and load heavy items occasionally
-Has own transportation and tools
-Likes having a flexible schedule
-Works as an independent contractor
Tasks will be completed at various furnished properties around town.
For example:
-Installing new doorknobs or e-locks
-Assembling furniture
-Unboxing supplies and furnishings
-Completing minor repairs on the properties
-Help with staging, moving and lifting
The hours will vary but will increase in the future. You can work day or night and set your own hours. The pay is $15+/hr.
