NORTH HAVEN, CT - A North Haven resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On February 25, Leonard Caggiano Sr., of North Haven, purchased a Powerball ticket from the Big Y World Class Market in North Haven and won $50,000.
