On Monday, State Senator Eric Berthel spoke in the senate circle at the Connecticut State Capitol. in remembrance and honor of my dear friend, colleague and mentor Rob Kane. The Senate passed a joint resolution that honors Mr. Kane, a former state senator and state auditor, and offers their collective sympathy to his loving family.
