Little tan dog seen running South Carefree Oro Blanco no collar

I spotted a small light brown/tan dog (female) running on Avondale in front of my house. About 15 pounds all tan with a long curled tail, NO Collar. Short hair except the tail. Looks like a pom mix maybe. Very skiddish and would not come to me. She took off and crossed south carefree to the North side of Avondale road. I did not want to continue following to spook her back into the road. Another neighbor was out with his dogs and said she was running around the Oro Blanco/South Carefree area and followed behind but he couldnt get her either. This was about 1:30 PM on 3/2.
