Stair Railing Install Help - Stair Step Repair

I am looking for someone who has installed stair rails or works for a company who install rails. You need to be able to measure the staircase for rails and provide parts to be purchase to complete the job. I am open to wood or cable rails. I have attached pictures so you can see the staircase from different angles. If you can repair stairs/staples and coat the stair steps, that would be a plus.
