Experienced driver/foreman and helper for moving company

Moving company is looking for experienced driver/foreman and helper. The salary will depends on your professionally, experience, punctuality, responsibility. For the start 20$ per hour for foreman/driver and 16$ for helper, it will increased in the future if the applicant show high quality performance. Requirements: - moving experience * packing/unpacking/furniture assembly/dissassembly/safely stacking/furniture wrapping/truck loading/unloading etc. - able to drive 26 ft box truck - HONEST - responsible - PUNCTUAL - driver id - work permit - criminal check - Fluent in English Foreman/Driver will be responsible for any furniture damage that might occur in the moving and any damage in the truck. Foreman/driver and helper are responsible for any damaged furniture and all of the companies stuff inside of the truck. The salary will be given twice in a week (because we should be sure that none of the customer do not have damage and truck do not have any damage). - If you late for a 15 minute we will take out 20$ from your salary. - If you say between 9 pm and 8 am than you will not come to the job after you confirmed for the job, 50$ will be charged from your salary. - Every day we will assign you a job until 6 pm and once you confirm it you have to let us know no less than 8.30 pm if you changed you plan. Put it is family emergency then you will not be charged (I hope not frequent family emergencies). - If you decide to take advantage of the situation and if you quit in the middle of the job or extra charge the customer without letting us know 50$ charge from your salary. We need a person who can work at least 5 days a week and 20-25 days per month. We are not strict company but we have to insure ourselves because last days we meet a lot of people that made that kind of stuff and they just walked away after they put the company reputation in danger. We need a real man who can keep his word who will be honest and who will not lie to us. If you are certain that you can make a customer happy, with their moving needs, your are punctual and responsible, follow the company rules, then you are welcome in our team. Also, the company will pay 10$ lunch payment for every worker. Then, there will be 15$ for every 5 star review from the customer for foreman/driver and 10$ for helper.
