Press release from the City and County of Broomfield: March 1, 2021 The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is conducting a survey to learn more about COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy among Colorado populations who have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic.  Your response will help CDPHE effectively understand and address concerns about the COVID-19 vaccine in various communities, and will help inform vaccine distribution both in Broomfield and statewide. Respondents will be entered in a raffle for a $100 gift card, supplied by CPDHE. The survey closes at 5 p.m. on March 5, and can be completed at https://bit.ly/3utQRmP.
