Position Overview: • Possesses a high level of accomplishment in organ and piano performance • Provides supportive, flexible and sensitive accompaniment to the Chancel Choir and soloists • Provides spiritual leadership through music in support of the worship services • Demonstrates musical versatility, attention to detail, organization, and diligent preparation • Demonstrates exemplary sight-reading and strong interpersonal skills • Participates in weekly Wednesday evening rehearsals • This is a permanent part-time position averaging 16 hours per week (including practice and performance) Qualifications: • Demonstrates passion about the Christian faith and committed to the mission of spreading the love of Jesus Christ • 2 years experience in organ/piano leadership in worship is preferred • Knowledge and experience with hymn selection, liturgy, worship themes and special services
